The first Russian in our animal family tree has been based in Barcelona for almost all his life. Artur Nikolaev is a new face on the condal city's underground techno club and production scene.

With a minimalistic and effectively clean approach to the four on the floor techno groove, Artur debuts on Different Is Different Records with four original tracks, that depict the various endeavours of a siberian tiger that jumped into interstellar space travel on a parallel universe where felines are evolved and coexist with humans, who still choose to play techno as the main musical genre for their collective amusement.

A strong Barcelona feeling is to be found in this EP, with vibes ranging from rooftops to "chiringuitos", and from underground clubs to private parties at the "associacions", or what we like to call: 'Rave 2.0'.
